Step10:Press the dough flat. Open it. Don't cook too much. Put in a filling.
Step11:It's like making mooncakes with tiger mouths.
Step12:After finishing all of them in turn, press flat slightly. Use chopsticks to dip a little red pigment to decorate.
Step13:Preheat the oven at 175 ℃ and put in the pastry. Bake it at 175 ℃ for about 20 minutes. I bake two plates. The open oven needs to be baked layer by layer.
Step14:It's out. Cool thoroughly and seal.

Cooking tips:1. The flour and water quantity should be slightly adjusted according to the actual situation. 2. The temperature time of the oven is adjusted according to the actual situation. The oven I use is the high BIC T45 fan oven, so the time is shorter. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
