Sour plum soup is a traditional summer drink in old Beijing. The main raw materials are black plum, hawthorn, osmanthus, liquorice, sugar and other materials. Regular drinking can get rid of diseases and diseases. It is a rare health drink in hot summer. I made it as a drink this winter. I didn't put osmanthus this time.
Step1:20G black plum, 12g dried hawthorn, 4G liquorice, 4G luoshenhua, 4G orange peel and 5g dried mulberry. Weigh and wash.
Step2:Wash the material. Add 1600ml of water. Soak for more than 1 hour. (it can be bubbled the night before. Add enough water to cook the next day.
Step3:After soaking, bring to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes.
Step4:Put osmanthus in the pot. Simmer for a while. Cool in the air and strain all the ingredients with a leaky spoon. Add in the sugar.
Step5:It can be iced and drunk.
Step6:You can add ice.
Cooking tips:1. Wumei, hawthorn, tangerine peel and licorice can be bought in the drugstore. Luoshenhua and dried osmanthus can be bought in the supermarket. 2. Detoxify licorice. But the taste of the medicine is heavy after cooking. If you don't like it, you can add less or not. Please refer to the content in the step chart. 3. at room temperature, sour plum soup is easy to deteriorate. If you see a thin bubble rising on the surface, it means that it has gone bad. If you can't finish the sour plum soup at a time, it's best to store it in the refrigerator, but not for more than three days. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
