Step1:Japonica rice, millet, black rice, adzuki bean, job's tears, lotus seed (cored). Tremella (can be individually soaked and torn). All peanuts should be washed for use.
Step2:Take another bowl of raisins, dates and wolfberry and wash them for use.
Step3:I use casserole to cook porridge. The ingredients are soaked for 2 hours in advance. Then I use casserole to simmer for 2 hours.
Step4:Half an hour before turning off the fire, put in raisins, medlar and red dates (I don't like boiled rotten red dates, so put them later).
Step5:It's OK to sprinkle white sesame seeds before eating. You can add some sugar to the sweet ones I didn't add it. If there are dates and raisins in it, it will have a light sweet taste. I'm very satisfied
Step6:Eat early, eat full at noon and eat less at night. So even if it's too much trouble to make breakfast, I won't mind.
