Step1:Wash and slice Pleurotus ostreatus; slice lean meat. Marinate with a little salt, cooking wine, pepper and sweet potato.
Step2:When the oil pot is hot, stir the garlic and stir fry. Pour in the mushroom and stir fry. Add a little salt, soy sauce and water and stir fry until the mushroom is ready.
Step3:Finally, pour in the pickled lean meat. Stir fry for 23 minutes. Add a little wine to make it out of the pot.
