I like to pack a lot of wontons and store them. When you want to eat them, you can take them out of the refrigerator and fry them for a while. They won't rot or break due to over turning.
Step1:Pour a little oil on the bottom of the pan. A thin layer. Medium low hea
Step2:Arrange wonton as shown in the picture. My family's pot arranges 10 wontons at a tim
Step3:Add 2 / 3 of wonton's wate
Step4:Cover the pot and simmer slowly over low hea
Step5:Stew until the wonton is transparent. It's almost cooked.
Step6:Then pour out the water. All the water. Wonton won't fall down
Step7:Lubricate it with a little oil. It's almost invisible.
Step8:Cover the pot and simmer for a whil
Step9:The bottom is almost discolored and a little burnt.
Step10:Turn off the fire and get out of the pot. Look. It's Crispy at the bottom. It's the same as a Pan Fried Bun. But my wonton is a kind of wonton with vegetables, meat and shrimp. The whole family likes it.
Step11:It's out of the pot. It's crispy and fragrant. But the skin is soft and not rotten. Both dolls like to eat.
