Cooking tips:Eggplant must go through a big oil to be delicious. It can keep beautiful color. If it's too oily, you can put some dry starch to mix it. But I didn't like it very much. Oyster sauce should be refrigerated after opening. It is recommended to buy small bottles as much as possible. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
