Healthy breakfast at 16
Step1:Break up the eggs. Be sure to beat them evenly. Slowly add milk. Beat the eggs as you add them. Soak the toast in the egg. Absorb it.
Step2:Small hot pot. Put in a small piece of butter. I like to put in healthy olive oil or grape seed oil. Fry until the toast is golden.
Step3:With British black tea and honey, a warm healthy breakfast full of vitality.
