I recently took advantage of the season. I stocked a large number of Toon. Half of them were preserved with stir fry and cold sauce. Half of them were made into toon sauce, so I didn't have to eat them after the rain. The Chinese toon sauce is also very useful. It is the most flavorful for noodles.
Step1:Rinse Chinese toon. Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. When it turns green, drain.
Step2:Cut into small pieces. Put them in a hot oil pan and stir fry.
Step3:Put the fragrant Toon in the blender. Add 1 tablespoon white sesame, 2 tablespoons cooked oil, and 2 grams of salt. Stir into a paste. The amount of salt can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. ·If you want to keep the Chinese toon sauce for a long time, you can put it in a hot sealed container. The top is covered with edible oil. It can be kept for about 1 month.
Step4:Then we boil a pot of boiling water. Cook the noodles.
Step5:Take out the cooked noodles and cool them.
Step6:Mix with 1 tablespoon of toon sauce and mix well.
Step7:Finally, add some shredded radish and chopped Chinese toon.
