Actually, I don't know how to cook many dishes. The only one I'm satisfied with is this dish. So I often take food to work. I'm doing it. It seems that I can pass on a recipe~
Step1:Broccoli into small flowers. Wash. Try to break it off by hand. Don't cut it with a knife, because a lot of debris will fall off when cutting with a knife. Clean up the trouble. Cut the preserved egg into small pieces. Dice the carrot. Slice the sausage. Slice the garlic.
Step2:Boil some water in the pot. Blanch the broccoli until it changes color. Drain the water. When blanching, put one or two drops of oil in the pot to make the broccoli greener.
Step3:Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry the garlic slices for a little longer. Stir fry until the garlic slices are burnt yellow. Then stir fry the sausages, diced carrots and preserved eggs for about one minute. Stir fry the broccoli and oil consumption for about one minute.
Step4:Pour in water. It's almost flush with broccoli. Boil in high heat. Cover the pot and cook in low heat for about 3 minutes. Add a little salt. Turn it over and out of the pot.
Cooking tips:1. Scald the knife with hot water. Then cut the preserved egg. It won't touch the knife. The cutting is neat. Or it's convenient to cut with thread. 2. Soup. Actually, chicken soup is better. If not, use clear water. Because it's mainly the taste of preserved eggs that change when they meet water. But it's not recommended to use thick soup. Because it's salty. It's not as natural as the taste of water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
