When I was in college, my husband especially liked to eat the hot and sour potato shreds at the school gate. They were crispy and delicious.
Step1:Potatoes. 2-3.
Step2:Wash the skin and rub the silk. Soak in water. Add a little vinegar. Remove starch more thoroughly.
Step3:Fire. Add some oil. Heat the oil and add pepper until fragrant. Turn off the fire. Take out the pepper.
Step4:Fire. Heat the oil. Add in the chilli until fragrant.
Step5:Potatoes with drained water. Quickly add some vinegar. Stir fry. Then add salt and chicken essence.
Step6:Stir fry. Out of the pot.
