Step1:Flour is made into dough with boiling water. Let stand for 30 minutes. Wash leek and chop.
Step2:Stir the minced pork with egg, salt, soy sauce and pepper in one direction. Then add leek and sesame oil and mix well to make dumpling filling.
Step3:Knead the dumplings evenly. Knead them into strips and press them down. Roll them into a round skin with a rolling pin. Put the dumpling stuffing on it and wrap them into a folded dumpling. Steam them in a hot box for 8 minutes.
