My family likes to eat fish. Basically, there are fish every day. This dish is also my family's regular dish. It's a wild fish specially bought. With fresh Maodou, it's very delicious.
Step1:Clean the anchovies. Clean the beans, too.
Step2:Prepare garlic and ginger.
Step3:Heat the wok with oil. Stir in ginger slices and garlic sprouts and garlic slices to give the flavor.
Step4:Add in the soy bean and stir fry it a little.
Step5:Let's go down and stir the anchovies. Don't make a big fire.
Step6:Then pour in some soy sauce, old soy sauce, yellow rice wine and sugar. Add the boiled water that is flush with the fish. Boil over medium low heat.
Step7:Cook for about four or five minutes. Add the remaining garlic leaves. Boil for one or two minutes.
Step8:A plate of braised sauteed sausages is finished.
Cooking tips:1. Today's Maodou is not the current season's Maodou, so it's hard to eat. You must stir fry it in oil before it's delicious. The Maodou you take out from the quick ice should also be treated like this. It's soft and waxy when you eat it. 2. The fish I bought today is bigger. So I put a little more water. If the fish are small or small, I don't need to put so much water. It depends on the situation. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
