Step1:Wash the glassware, put in the Tibetan mushroom, pour in the fresh milk, and put it in the first day. Filter out the yoghurt the next day. Move the Tibetan mushroom to a new clean glassware. Pour in the fresh milk again to make the yoghurt of the next day.
Step2:Add a spoonful of honey to the yogurt.
Step3:Remove the seeds of papaya. Peel and cut into pieces with banana. Mix in yogurt and mix well.
