Provide my personal experience for people who like to eat but can't cook. If you are like me, you can only turn on and off the gas stove and cut fish. Then you can finish the dish.
Step1:First cut the fish into pieces or segments. No special requirements. It can be cut according to personal preferences.
Step2:Pat the ginger with a knife. Cut it into pieces. Then mix it with the fish. Marinate it for a while.
Step3:While marinating the fish, wash the green bean sprouts and boil a pot of water.
Step4:Put the mung bean sprouts in the water and scald them. Scald and drain. Put into a bowl that will be used to hold the cooked fish. (use large bowl
Step5:Put the oil into the pot again. Take out the sauce in the fish sauce bag. When the oil is hot, put it into the pot, stir fry it and heat it. Then put in some water. Add water according to the amount of fish you want to put in. It's better to keep the water level below the level of fish.
Step6:Let the water boil and slowly put in the fish. (try to code the fish as well as possible. This can reduce the turnover and avoid the fish from breaking
Step7:When the fish is cooked. (the time should be controlled by yourself. It will take a long time if the fish is large). Take out the fish and put it into the bowl with mung bean sprouts. Then spoon the soup in the pot into the bowl.
Step8:Clean the green onion (if you want to look beautiful, you can only cut the green onion. For the sake of delicacy, I suggest cutting into scallion and sprinkle it on the fish.
Cooking tips:Add some salt when the mung bean sprouts are cooked. Otherwise, it may be a little light. Before the fish is out of the pot, please try the saltiness. After adjustment, the fish will be out of the pot. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
