Step1:Prepare material

Step5:Preheat the oven at 220 degrees. Heat up and down the middle layer. Bake at 15 degrees_ 20 minutes. See the puff fully inflated. Change 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or so. Bake the puff slowly and set it. This way, it will not deform after being put out of the furnac
Cooking tips:The flour must be completely scalded and well mixed. When adding eggs at the back, you should add them a little bit and many times. This can make sure the consistency of the batter. Never open the oven door halfway after it's closed. Otherwise, your puff will be like a deflated balloon. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
