Step3:Add two tablespoons of chopped red peppers and three tablespoons of red vinegar to the mashed garlic. Add some scallion, chicken essence and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Step4:Heat the oil pan to 70% heat, pour in the stinky tofu drained and fry until it is as shown in the figure, then put it on the plate. The best way to fry tofu is to use a small fire. The tofu comes out with a tender taste.
Step5:Pour the minced pepper and mashed garlic juice in 3 on tofu evenly. Finally, heat the remaining oil at the bottom of the pot and pour it on the bean curd. (PS - it's better to use a knife to cut the mouth when the fried tofu is put on the plate so that it will taste easily after being watered.)
Cooking tips:The stinky tofu bought back must be soaked in clear water. It is clean and sanitary. Drain the water and fry the tofu to avoid splashing hot oil. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
