Step1:Put some oil in the pressure cooker. Garlic, onion, fennel, cinnamon (if you like spicy, you can put some pepper and some dry pepper) and eel. Cover (do not put the safety valve in the pressure cooker). Heat for 7 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Step2:Open the pressure cooker. Pour out the extra oil. Put in the wine, Li Jinji's braised sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cover (with safety valve) to stew.
