Step1:Wash potatoes and carrots, peel them and cut them into piece
Step2:Wash and dice onions and mushrooms
Step3:Cut pork slices and look at them with Gorgon powder and cooking wine. Put them into a boiling pot. Turn off the color of the meat and turn off the heat for standby
Step4:Start the oil pan. Pour in a little oil. Pour potatoes, carrots and mushrooms into the pan and stir fry slightly

Step9:When the curry is finished, press the cooked rice into the rice bowl. Then pour the rice bowl into the plate and pour the prepared curry. The delicious Japanese curry will be ready
Cooking tips:Curry blocks are sold in supermarkets; coconut milk can be used instead of coconut milk; and pork should be made of lean meat.
