Mulberry porridge is a traditional famous dish in Guangdong Province. This porridge can nourish liver yin, blood and eyesight. It is suitable for dizziness, insomnia, dreaminess, tinnitus, low back acid, early white hair and other diseases caused by deficiency of liver and kidney. (can hold two bowls)
Step1:Wash the rice first. Soak it in water for 30 minutes in advance. Add 1100ml of water to the casserole and bring to a boil. Put in the rice and boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 30 minute
Step2:Take the mulberry off the base and soak it in salt water for about 15 minutes.
Step3:Put the mulberry sugar in the porridge pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
