Step1:Slice chicken breast. Add ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, a little salt and sugar. Mix and marinate for more than 15 minute
Step2:Do not touch the pan and heat it (without oil). Add in the marinated chicken breast. Fry over medium and low heat until one side is golden and then turn over. Fry slowly until both sides are slightly scorched
Step3:Sprinkle the chicken breast out of the pot with chili powder, cumin powder and cooked sesame and mix well
Cooking tips:Small and medium fire, slow frying. Don't use big fire to cook delicious dishes.
