Zhaoshao (Zhaomian. Teriyaki). A Japanese cooking method. In the process of barbecue meat, a large amount of soy sauce, sugar water, sake and flavoring are applied on the outer layer. The finished product is very bright, as bright as the sun. So it's called zhaoshao juice
Step1:Stir fry the sauce. First put the Weilin and sake in the pot and cook for a while. Let the alcohol evaporate. Then add the soy sauce and more sugar. Cook until thick. Make the sauce. If you have a bad temper, thicken it directly.
