When I used to work in Diwang building in Shenzhen, I always liked to run out for a bowl of small wonton with fresh meat at lunch. Deep memory. Fresh eyebrows. Suddenly I think of it. I decided to imitate it once. It's quite similar. -
Step1:Chop the onion, ginger and garlic. Divide them into two parts. Put the meat in one part and make the soup bottom. The shrimp skin is also divided into two parts. Porphyra is cut into strips with scissors.
Step2:Add onion, ginger and garlic to the minced meat. Mix. Then add the chopped shrimp skin. Add salt, soy sauce, pepper, chicken powder, soy powder and pepper oil to taste. Stir evenl
Step3:I'll use the wonton skin I bought. Just squeeze the wonton as shown in the picture. Note that water should be applied to the wonton skin at the end of the meat filling weekend for bonding.
Step4:Boil a pot of water and add 1 teaspoon salt. Boil the wonton until it floats on the water. Add cold water to boil it again.
Step5:When cooking wonton, add oil, ginger, garlic and shrimp skin to fry. Add water, salt, pepper, chicken powder, a little soy sauce, and boil. Don't mind eating raw garlic and ginger. Don't mind eating shrimp skin directly. This step can be saved. Put the ingredients in the bowl. Add hot water. OK.
Step6:Put the wonton into a bowl. Add in the soup. Sprinkle the laver and onion. The delicious little wonton is ready.
