Broccoli. Mainly distributed in Guangdong, Fujian, Yunnan, Beijing, Shanghai and other places. It is a variety of Brassica in Cruciferae with green flower ball as its product. It has the functions of tonifying kidney and essence, strengthening stomach and digestion, enhancing memory, anti-aging, whitening, promoting growth and development, improving cardiovascular function, reducing blood sugar, clearing blood vessels and preventing cancer. Step1:Broccoli. Soak in salt water for 8 minutes. Clean.
Step2:Cut the garlic into small pieces. Cut the green cauliflower into small pieces. Put in the plate. Add olive oil, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Step3:Add carrot slices.
