Step1:Cut the cleaned Jiangdou for use.
Step2:Cut the dried peppers for use.
Step3:Onion. Cut it in the middle. Cut into scallion before and after.
Step4:When the pot is hot, stir fry the scallion tail and the dried hot pepper. Stir fry the Jiangdou for 2-3 minutes and add salt.
Step5:Put the soy sauce in a 1-3 ratio with water into the pot. Stir fry.
Step6:Stir fry and serve. Sprinkle with scallion.
