Roll it out and put it in the refrigerator for freezing. Yes, it's freezing. 6. I said that the dough has been divided. When the crust is hard to freeze, take it out. Tear off the surface film. Use the mold in your hand to press out the shape. The smaller the size is, the more you have to press. The status of the pastry should be controlled by yourself. If it's very hard, you can directly emboss and crack it. Put it at room temperature for a while to make it softer; if it's too soft, you can't take it off easily. So put it back in the refrigerator for a while after a long operation. This winter should be better than the operation. 7. Stick all the pastry patches as full as possible, wrap them from top to bottom, and make second hair. 8. Preheat the oven at about 170180 degrees. Cover the upper grill with a layer of tin paper. Bake for about 30 minutes (time and temperature are for reference only). 9. About the taste. In order to prevent the color from being covered with tin paper, and without using egg yolk to brush the surface of the pastry. The pastry is naturally not as delicious as the traditional one.
