I have no appetite in the hot summer. I cook some porridge, make some sesame pancakes with sesame paste. It's salty. It's also very chewy. It's full of sesame flavor and peanut flavor. My husband likes it very much.
Step1:Mix the flour with baking powder, salt and some warm water to make a smooth dough and ferment until it is 1.5 times larger.
Step2:Add a spoonful of sesame paste and a spoonful of sesame oil. Stir in a spoonful of raw soy sauce and mix well to make sesame paste. Shred the cooked peanuts and sesame for use.
Step3:Roll the fermented dough into thin slices.
Step4:Spread a layer of mixed sesame paste evenly.
Step5:Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly. (I also have a post about how to make salt and pepper. You can go and have a look if you like.)
Step6:Roll it up from one end. Roll it up in strips for later use.
Step7:Cut into small pieces of the same size for later use.
Step8:Take a piece of dough and press it flat. Put in some cooked peanuts.
Step9:Like a bun.
Step10:Dip in a little water.
Step11:Evenly stick sesame seeds on both sides.
Step12:Press firmly. Set aside for later use.
Step13:Preheat the electric pancake pan. Put in a piece of oil paper. Pour in the right amount of oil. Put in the finished pancake blank. (put in oil paper to avoid dirtying the electric cake. It's easy to clean. It's not necessary.
Step14:Fry two golden sides.
