Step1:Mix egg, milk, sugar, salt and peanut oil. Add quinoa pastry powder, bread powder and yeast. Stir into floccules and knead into a smooth dough. Wake up to twice the size.
Step2:Brush a thin layer of peanut oil or butter on a nonstick baking tray.
Step3:Press the dough into a cake, put it on the baking tray and shape it with your fingers. Put some small eyes on the cake skin with a fork to prevent it from bulging when baking.
Step4:Wash and cut the green pepper into thin shreds. Take out bacon and cut it into thin silk. If it's a piece, cut it into thin silk.
Step5:Mix bacon, green peppers and half of the mozzarella.
Step6:Brush the crust with tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
Step7:Spread the mixed ingredients on the crust. Sprinkle another layer of cheese and pizza.
