Macaron (French macaron. French pronunciation - Maka ˈ ʁ ɔ̃). Also known as macaron, French small round cake. This is a kind of French dessert made of protein, almond powder, white sugar and icing. Usually there is fruit jam or cream between two biscuits. Its origin can be traced back to the almond pancake in the 19th century.
Step1:Sift the almond powder and sugar powder. (if the almond powder is rough, it can be mixed with the sugar powder and broken with the blender.

Step7:Put it in a ventilated place. Dry it until the skin doesn't touch your hands. Preheat the oven at 130 ℃ and bake for 16 minutes in the middle layer of the upper and lower fire (increase or decrease the baking time or temperature according to the size of your own macarone and the firepower of your own oven

Cooking tips:Do not reduce sugar in the formula. Almond powder needs fine macarone surface to avoid roughness. The skin must be dried.. dry by airing.. dry by airing.. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
