It's very simple, healthy and convenient. The bean sprouts sold outside are worried that they have been soaked. It's not as good as making them by yourself.
Step1:Soak mungbean in water for one day. Find a filter screen. Cover it with a cloth or A4 paper. Sprinkle water twice or four times a day. Put it in the shade. My one is from soaking to eating. It lasts for three days.
Step2:Stir fry some bean sprouts, carrots, onions, garlic, eat some simple vegetarians
