Step1:Cut pork, onion, ginger, garlic, lentil, peppers and peppercorns into sections (you can add them if you like).
Step2:Add some vegetable oil to the pot and heat it. Stir fry the chives, ginger and garlic. Add the shredded meat and stir fry.
Step3:Add sweet sauce, raw soy sauce and stir fried old soy sauce.
Step4:Add the string of lentils and some water. Cook the lentils thoroughly. Add some salt, chicken essence, stir well. Start cooking.
