Step1:Wash the shrimps. Remove the mouth and whiskers. Control the water content. Cut the scallion into inch sections. Cut the ginger into fingernails. Dice the millet pepper for use.
Step2:When the oil in the pot is heated to 70%, fry the shrimp in batches and put them into a pan for standby.
Step3:Stir fry the scallion section, fingernails and millet peppers in the bottom oil of the pot. Add a little water, Tai Tai Tai Le fresh shellfish sauce and sugar to boil and pour over the shrimps
