Step1:First melt the coffee powder with hot water in advance and put it in a warm state. This coffee powder I use is sugar free. It's not like three in one.
Step2:Put all the dough except walnuts in the basin. Then add warm coffee water. Put it on the chef's machine or bread machine. Knead it into a smooth dough. It's ok if you rub it. The dough is not hard or soft. It's easy to knead it by hand.
Step3:Then add the chopped walnuts. I use raw walnuts. They taste better after baking with dough.
Step4:The dough doesn't need to wake up. It's divided into five parts. Then it's rolled and relaxed for 10 minutes.
Step5:Take a small dough and flatten it with its smooth side up. Then roll it out from the middle up and down. Turn it upside down and turn it over.
Step6:Press down the upper third and press up the lower third. Then fold the dough in half and press the seal tightly.
Step7:Rub the dough to about 40 cm long. Press the right end with a rolling pin.
Step8:Circle the dough and put the other end on the flattened dough. Put in more dough. Wrap the dough with the flattened part and pinch tightly.
Step9:Put the dough on the baking tray lined with oil paper. Put it in the warm place and ferment for about 30 minutes. In the fermentation process, put 1000 ml of water and 50 g of sugar in the pot and boil until slightly boiling. Turn down the heat and preheat the oven at the same time.
Step10:Put the dough in the water. The dough that has been fermented should float immediately. Tear off the oiled paper at the bottom.
Step11:Cook both sides for 30 seconds. Drain. Drain into baking pan. Oven 200 degrees. Middle layer. Bake for about 20 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
Step12:The roasted shellfish can be eaten directly, spread jam, and mixed with eggs and fruits.
