Canadian Arctic shrimp and Canadian Lobster come from the East and west coasts of Canada respectively. Today, we use these two famous marine products exported to China in large quantities - baked Canadian Arctic shrimp stuffed with Canadian Lobster. Canadian Arctic shrimp is compact and chewy. It tastes fresh and sweet. Canadian Lobster is crispy. It's salty and delicious with mozzarella cheese.
Step1:Canadian Arctic shrimp and Canadian Lobster are from the East and west coasts of Canada. They are both famous seafood exported to China in large quantities. Among them, Canadian Lobster is the well-known Boston lobster. It is named after the subpackage and transportation in Boston, USA. In recent years, Canadian Arctic shrimp has been widely concerned because it belongs to the deep-sea cold water shrimp. Its meat quality and taste are much better than that of cultured shrimp.
Step2:First, cut the lobster along the middle line of the shell. Put it in the baking tray lined with tin paper for standby.
Step3:Prawns from the Arctic. Spare.
Step4:On the lobster. Put in the Arctic shrimp. Sprinkle a thin layer of cornmeal. Sprinkle a little pepper, sea salt. A little cheese. Set aside.
Step5:Take a large non stick pan, melt the butter on a low heat, add the garlic and stir fry. Add the white wine and cook.
Step6:Drizzle the lobster in the roasting pan with garlic slices. Top. Sprinkle a thick layer of mozzarella cheese.
Step7:Preheat the oven 200 degrees. Put the baking tray in the middle of the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step8:Sliced lime. Set aside.
Step9:In a large glass bowl, add the dried red eyebrow beans, tomato, onion, cilantro, sea salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step10:On the side of the round white plate with a diameter of more than 35cm, put in the green lemon slice first, and then pour in the red eyebrow bean vegetables for standby.
Step11:Put the baked lobster stuffed with Arctic shrimp into the large plate. Sprinkle some dried chives on the surface. Serve with the mixed green bean salad.
Cooking tips:1. The Canadian Arctic shrimp can be thawed at room temperature. If it is urgent, it can be thawed by soaking in cold water. 2.
