Thin pancakes can roll everything
Step1:Add 200g flour and 100g warm water. Stir with chopsticks to form floccules.
Step2:Knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes.
Step3:The dough is divided into 20 portions. 15g of dosage. Roll the dosage into thin sheets like the dumpling skin. Each piece should be the same size.
Step4:Put corn oil on each piece of rolled dough, and then add it all.
Step5:Flatten the two sides with the palm of your hand. Use a rolling pin to roll both sides several times until the face is rolled into a large area with a diameter of about 18cm.
Step6:Put the dough on the drawer with the gauze on. Put the cold water in the pot. Steam for 10 minutes.
Cooking tips:Don't roll it out too much, or it will break easily when you uncover it. After you leave the pot, slowly uncover it layer by layer. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
