Step1:Shred or mince beef. Marinate with cooking wine, starch, cooking oil and salt for a few minutes.
Step2:Wash the mushrooms. Tear them into small strips. Cover with hot water for 2 minutes. Slice potatoes. Shred pepper. Cut scallion and garlic. Slice ginger.
Step3:Frying pan with scallion, ginger and garlic. Add minced meat. Fry until white. Add potato chips. Stir for a while. Add dried mushrooms, soy sauce, pepper, salt, cumin and monosodium glutamate respectively. Stir fry for a while to get out of the pot.
