Step1:Soak Tremella in starch for an hour, then wash and tear it into small piece
Step2:In the pot, add tremella and plenty of water. Put in the ice sugar. Cook over medium heat until the water is turned on and off, and simmer for 15 minutes. Simmer for another 20 minutes or so and add the Chinese date and wolfberry. Out of the pot.
