I am Matcha controller. No matter the appearance or taste, but baby doesn't like the taste of Matcha. Instead of spinach juice, the color is great. And I can't eat the taste of spinach.
Step1:Oil. Spinach juice. 20g sugar mix wel

Step5:Whisk the protein into a clean stainless steel basin until it bubbles. Add a third of the remaining sugar
Step6:Whisk until the bubbles are fine. Add one third of suga
Step7:Continue to whisk at high speed. Add the remaining sugar and whisk until the foam is dry. A small upright horn will appear
Step8:Pour the egg white into the mayonnaise paste three times. Turn it up from the bottom and mix well
Step9:This is a well mixed paste. Don't over mix it to avoid defoaming. The paste has a certain consistency. If it is too thin, it is a little defoaming
Step10:Pour it from a high place into the movable bottom Qifeng mould (do not use the non stick mould) and smooth the surface. Shake it a few times to produce bubbles. The 8-inch mold I used. It's not very full when it comes out. It's OK to use the 6-inch mold for this square. It will give out some.
Step11:Oven 350f for 40 minutes. Turn to 325f for 10 minutes. Every oven has a different temper. The temperature can be adjusted a little by myself. I have used 300F to bake for an hour.
Step12:It's only one hour after it's put out of the furnace. It can be demoulded by hand

Cooking tips:Spinach juice is made directly with Vitamix wall breaking machine. It's not filtered. The color of the finished product is very good. There are skills to make delicious dishes.
