Two pieces can be made into a flower shape by pinching. The shape can be used freely. I have made many shapes. The bean paste filling is homemade. Please see the menu in front for details. 260g bean paste filling is divided into 13 equal parts.
Step8:Wrap all the shapes and put them into the baking tray. The time for shape making can make the second fermentation better. Therefore, there is no need to wait for the time for the two fermentation. Brush the surface of the bread with egg liquid. Sprinkle sesame seeds in the middle.
Step9:Put it in the oven. 180 degrees. Heat it up and down. Cover the upper layer with tin paper when baking for 30 minutes to 8 minutes to prevent over coloring the surface. It's blackened
Step10:Sweet red beans and pumpkin bread are out of the oven. I ate three at a time. Hahah
Cooking tips:1 - cover the dough with plastic wrap throughout the whole process. Cover the dough with plastic wrap for the finished shape and the unfinished shape.
