Step8:Mix the low flour and baking powder and sift them. Add them to the butter. Stir the batter evenly.
Step9:The degree of mixing determines the taste of the cake. If you stir until there are no particles, the cake will have a crisp taste; if you continue to stir until the batter has a luster, the batter will be cramped at this time. The baked dough will be more expansive. The taste is soft and slightly moist.
Step10:Add in the soaked raisins. Then mix well.
