As a home-made dish in Sichuan and Chongqing, it's not amazing enough, but it's enough for the tourists to remember. Especially when I was a kid, I used to stir fry the pork in the same pot. It was more delicious.
Step1:Cook the streaky pork or two cuts of pork in water until half done. Slice and set aside.
Step2:Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections with oblique knife for standby.
Step3:Wash and slice the red pepper.
Step4:Prepare shredded ginger and pepper for later use.
Step5:In an iron pot, heat the oil to 80% of the heat. Pour in the cut streaky pork or two cuts of meat and stir fry. Add ginger and pepper.
Step6:Add salt, Pixian Douban, sweet noodle sauce, soy sauce and Yongchuan Douchi in turn and stir fry for a while. Then add garlic sprout, white stick and red pepper to stir fry the flavor of garlic sprout. Add garlic sprout leaves and monosodium glutamate to stir fry for three or five times to get out of the pot.
Cooking tips:Pixian Douban and sweet sauce have salt taste, so raw soy sauce and salt can't be put more. Red pepper can be added or reduced according to their own taste. If there is no sweet sauce, it can also be replaced with a proper amount of sugar. Put in the garlic leaves before you start the pot. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
