Step4:Press once in the fermented dough with the finger moistened with flour. If the flour does not shrink or collapse, it will be successful. Fermentation is the key to the taste of steamed bread
Step5:Knead a few more times. The dough will become more and more vigorous with kneading
Step6:Knead and knead into a stick shape. Then cut a small section with a sharp knife and put it on the stove. Remember to put cold water in the pot. Put the steamed bread on the lid for secondary fermentation. When you see that the steamed bread is 1.5 times the original volume, you can start to steam
Step7:Look through the glass cover to see if the fermentation is 1.5 or 2 times the size, and you can start steaming
Step8:Boil water and steam for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Open the lid
Step9:Come out. Open one by one to cool down
Step10:Do a press test. Rebound immediately. Very successful.
