Stinky tofu is my husband's favorite. I've tried many kinds of sauces. I think it's the best to eat. There is no exact dosage for this recipe. Increase or decrease the dosage according to personal taste and production quantity.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut the North tofu into pieces. Take out 2 pieces of stinky tofu, grind them and add some stinky tofu soup and some water. Put them into a sealed box (add water to the soup without the amount of tofu). Refrigerate and marinate for 24 hours. I do a lot. I make three boxes of tofu every time

  2. Step2:Medium heat. Deep fry stinky tofu until golden.
