Stinky tofu is my husband's favorite. I've tried many kinds of sauces. I think it's the best to eat. There is no exact dosage for this recipe. Increase or decrease the dosage according to personal taste and production quantity.
Step1:Cut the North tofu into pieces. Take out 2 pieces of stinky tofu, grind them and add some stinky tofu soup and some water. Put them into a sealed box (add water to the soup without the amount of tofu). Refrigerate and marinate for 24 hours. I do a lot. I make three boxes of tofu every time
Step2:Medium heat. Deep fry stinky tofu until golden.
Step3:Make dip sauce. Heat the oil and stir fry the garlic. Add the barbecue. Fry the garlic. Add the water starch, chicken powder and salt to thicken.
Step4:Put the fried stinky tofu on the plate, pour the soup and sprinkle the coriander on it. It's ready to start.
Cooking tips:Increase or decrease the dosage according to personal taste. I've tried a lot of dips. I think this one is the best. Everyone tastes different. Don't spray if you don't like it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
