Cooking tips:Don't control the moisture too dry. Otherwise, the flour won't stick easily. It's better to steam it in a cage or a rice cover or a container with a hole at the bottom. In this way, no water will be stored at the bottom of the steaming process, which will affect the taste. Boil for 15 minutes. It will be soft and sticky for too long. The taste is not good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
