Step10:Boil water in the pot. Turn off the fire as soon as the water is hot. Put on the steaming drawer, oil paper or steaming cloth, put on the flower roll and cover the pot to start fermentation. The fermentation is finished in about half an hour. The fermented flower roll obviously becomes bigger and fluffy. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes.
