Spring is a good time to eat leek. Stir fry with cuttlefish fillet. It's also a delicious home dish.
Step1:Supermarkets and stores selling fresh ice ingredients sell them. A small round knife is cut into about 1cm strips. It becomes cuttlefish fillet.
Step2:Clean and cut lee
Step3:In a hot pot, stir fry garlic slices in 60 ℃ oil. Put in fish fillet and stir fry. Add oyster sauce
Step4:Stir fry over medium and low heat until it's a bit colore
Step5:Add leeks. Stir fry until the leeks are soft. Turn off the heat.
Step6:Dish. Open.
