There is a tomato left at home. My husband just bought the Flammulina mushroom. Make a Flammulina mushroom with tomato juice for dinner. -
Step1:Cut off the root of Flammulina velutipes. Tear into small pieces. Wash and set aside.
Step2:Wash the tomato. Cut the cross at the top. Heat the cross in hot water. Peel.
Step3:Dice the peeled tomatoes.
Step4:Scald the Flammulina mushroom with hot water. Remove and control the dry water.
Step5:Mince the garlic. Cut the green onion.
Step6:Heat the oil in the pot. Add the garlic and stir fry.
Step7:Stir fry the diced tomatoes. Season with 1 teaspoon ketchup. Add some water to boil the tomato juice.
Step8:Put in Flammulina mushroom and cook until thick. Season with salt, sugar and pepper chicken essence. Pour in a few drops of sesame oil before leaving the pot.
Step9:Loading. Sprinkle some scallion to decorate it.
Cooking tips:Tomatoes don't need to be peeled. Ketchup is optional. My tomato is light. Add some ketchup to make it taste better. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
