Step1:Prepare clean oil-free utensils and purified water (mineral water is OK. Do not use tap water). Immerse sea cucumber in purified water for 2448 hours. You can take out the boiled sea cucumbers first, and then continue to cook the ones that are not fully cooked.
Step4:The key point of this step is to cook the sea cucumber thoroughly. If not, the sea cucumber will have a hard core. It will affect the foaming and the taste of sea cucumber is not good. After the first cooking, turn off the heat and simmer for a period of time. Then gently poke the sea cucumber with chopsticks. If you can poke through, you can cook it. If you can't poke through, you can continue to cook for a period of time.
Step5:Put the fully cooked sea cucumber in a clean oil-free container. Pour in the pure water that has not been used for sea cucumber. Then put it into the refrigerator and refrigerated room for twice hair expansion. Soak it for about 48 hours. Change the water every 12 hours. The water temperature control during soaking is also very important. It needs to be kept at 05 ℃. If the water temperature is too high, it is easy to cause the sea cucumber to rot. The sea cucumber foams well and can be eaten directly after being fished out. It is delicious and nutritious whether it's cold or porridge, or it's used to cook sea cucumber with scallion. If you can't finish eating at a time, you can freeze the rest of the sea cucumber alone. Take it out to thaw when eating.
