Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:First look at my toon tree. The Chinese toon that we will eat is picked from this tree.

2. 

   Step2:Rinse Chinese toon and set aside.

3. 

   Step3:After boiling the water in the pot, put it into the pot and blanch it. After Chinese toon blanched, it became green from purple.

4. 

   Step4:Blanched Chinese Toon in cold water. Cut it into three eggs and add some salt.

5. 

   Step5:Break up the eggs.

6. 

   Step6:Heat up the oil in the pot.

7. 

   Step7:Pour in the egg mixture.

8. 

   Step8:Stir evenly. Look at all the eggs. They are ripe.
