Broccoli has a very high nutritional value and is very popular. Even in the busy breakfast, it only takes about ten minutes to finish a delicious meal with full color, fragrance and taste.

Cooking tips:1. Soaking with baking soda can effectively remove the agricultural residues and some small insects inside the flower. No salt can be used instead of soaking. 2. The color of broccoli is clearer after a few drops of oil are blanched. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
