I like the taste of French baguette very much. After reading some recipes and integrating the practices of all chefs, I bake French baguette with basic ingredients and air frying pan.
Step1:Add salt to yeast powder, add water and mix well. Then pour in the flour. And into a very sticky dough. Cover with plastic wrap. Prepare to ferment for 12 hours.

Step5:After the second fermentation, sprinkle some more flour. Use scissors to cut holes in the dough, and then smooth the raised part.
Step6:Put in the oven or air fryer with baking function. 230 ℃ for 12 minutes. Open the lid. Turn over. Bake for 6 minutes at 230 degrees. Depending on the performance of your oven, you may need to adjust the time flexibly to avoid baking.

Step8:Because of a turn, the back is also golden.
